Estadio Juventus

Estadio Juventus guide

Juventus's stadium, in the north-west of Turin, opened in 2011 on the site of the old Stadio delle Alpi. It holds around 41,000 and was one of the first stadiums in Italy to be owned by its club. Unlike many Italian grounds, it has no running track, so the stands rise steeply right behind the touchlines.

That design means there are very few poor seats. The front rows are only a few metres from the pitch. The upper tiers are steep enough to keep the view clear, and the bowl is compact enough that the far side never feels distant. The long sides give the most complete view; the curva behind one goal is where the organised home support stands throughout the match.

Italian clubs issue named tickets and check photo identification at the gate, so the name on the ticket should match a document you carry. Away supporters are housed in a separate sector with its own entrance.

The stadium is several kilometres from the city centre. Buses and trams run from central Turin, and there is a large car park on site, though the roads around the stadium slow down sharply before kick-off. The club museum is on site and makes for a good way to fill time before a match. PickStub is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with the stadium or any club that plays there.
