About Arsenal FC

Arsenal moved from Highbury to the Emirates Stadium in 2006, a few hundred metres down the road, and the new ground roughly doubled the club's capacity to a little over 60,000. It is a single continuous bowl with two tiers of general seating split by a ring of club-level boxes, and the roof is set high enough that the stands feel open rather than enclosed.

For buyers the most important thing to understand is how home tickets are sold. The large majority of seats for Premier League matches go to members and season ticket holders long before a general sale opens, and the biggest fixtures, such as the north London derby against Tottenham, rarely reach general sale at all. That is why the resale market is the realistic route for most visitors, and why prices for derbies and title-race matches move well above the rest of the season.

On sightlines, the lower tier puts you close to the pitch with a shallow rake, which feels immediate but flattens the view of the far side. The upper tier is steeper and higher, and it is the better seat for anyone who wants to watch the shape of the game rather than the nearest touchline. Seats behind the goals are the cheapest and carry the loudest home support.

Getting there is simple by public transport. Arsenal station on the Piccadilly line is the closest, and Holloway Road, Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park are all a short walk. There is no public parking at the ground. PickStub is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with Arsenal Football Club, the Premier League or UEFA.
